A Little Favor's "Low Price Guarantee"
No need to spend hours shopping around anymore, or to delay placing an order, to look for the best price for your party favors. Now with our low price guarantee, you can shop to your heart's content at A Little Favor knowing that if you find an identical item elsewhere for a lower price within 14 days after your purchase, you will be eligible for our "100% Price Protection" program.
Here's how it works:
The item must be the identical product. Color, packaging, tags, manufacturer, etc. all must match. The price you would like us to match must be verifiable on the Internet. The competitor's price must be current and the product must be in stock. You then simply email us at sales@alittlefavor.com with your request for a price match within 14 days after placing your order with A Little Favor, with a link to the product page on the competitor's website.
A Little Favor will only match prices on items made by the same manufacturer. Imitation or counterfeit items of designer manufacturers will not qualify. The price match item must be authentic and identical, not just "similar" to the same product on our website.
If you wish us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges (and sales tax if applicable, except for Illinois customers) will be taken into account when we calculate the price matching. Shipments to Illinois are subject to sales tax and this will not be included as part of the price match calculation.
Example:
A Little Favor's price (+S&H) = $100.00
Competitor's price (+S&H) = $95.00
Difference = $5.00
Total Refund = $5.00
Price adjustments are limited to one price match per order, per customer, within the 14-day period. Competitors' coupons or promotions for first-time or one-time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee. Competitive items must be in stock. Auctioned products on Ebay or other online auction type websites do not qualify. Our wire baby carriage centerpieces (regular and Victorian) and favors, wire stork centerpieces and favors, wire Cinderella carriages and favors and wire angel centerpieces are not eligible for price-matching.
NOTE: Please allow 5 to 10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on used items, "Closeout", "Going Out of Business," "Liquidation Sales," or companies in distress such as, but not limited to, bankruptcy.
A Little Favor reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our price protection policy. Rush orders and orders shipped by methods other than UPS Ground or FedEx Ground do not qualify for the price match guarantee.
