We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada do not qualify for complimentary ground shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will ship UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Options for shipments to Canada are UPS Standard (4 to 7 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (3 to 5 business days), and UPS Worldwide Express (1 to 2 business days). Please let us know which method you prefer by calling Customer Service at 800-506-0423 or emailing us at sales@alittlefavor.com. Actual shipping costs will be added to your order. A Little Favor is not responsible for any duties or services associated with shipments to Canada.
Our complimentary shipping offer is the most competitive in the industry. All orders under $100 that can be shipped ground are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
We do not ship to international locations at this time except for Canada.

Complimentary shipping will not apply to expedited orders. Under certain conditions, chocolates and other perishables that require expedited shipping will not qualify for the free shipping offer.
Some of our favors and centerpieces are custom-made. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for their production plus delivery time. If you need one of these items sooner, please call us at 800-506-0423 and we will try to accommodate your request. Most other items arrive within a one to two week timeframe.
Every carton is carefully packed and inspected before leaving our company or our suppliers' locations. We are not responsible for damages once items have been shipped. If your carton is damaged when it arrives, Do Not Open. Please call the carrier and request information on submitting a damage claim.
Returns
We sincerely believe you will be happy with the quality of our merchandise when you receive your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call us within 7 days of receiving your order for return authorization. Once an authorization is received by A Little Favor, your payment will be refunded in full less a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs. If you received complimentary shipping, we will deduct the fees we incurred to ship the products to you. Our custom-made favors and centerpieces, personalized and engraved items, samples, perishables and confections, ribbon, handmade sachets and merchandise not in its original packaging are nonrefundable. To issue a refund we must receive your return within 10 days of issuing a return authorization. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
